Q: How long are your leases?
A: Our standard rental term is 12 months.

Q: How much is your application fee?
A: The application fee is $30 per applicant. Your application fee pays for third party criminal, credit and eviction screening reports.

Q: What do I have to do to rent an apartment from Sonshine Rentals?
A: First, we suggest that you schedule an appointment to look at the property. You can either print out an application from the website and bring it with you or fill one out after you walk through the apartment. We will need your $30 application fee to begin the screening process. Your security deposit will be required in order to hold an apartment for up to 30 days.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Yes. Dogs and cats are permitted for additional rent and security deposit fees. Restrictions do apply. Please discuss this with the leasing agent when you inquire about leasing an apartment.

Q: Who pays for the utilities?
A: Sonshine Rentals, LLC pays for water, sewer and trash disposal at Timber Trails. Residents pay for their own electric. Central heat and cooling is controlled by the resident.

Q: Do you require a security deposit?
A: Yes. The security deposit is $300 for a one or two bedroom apartment and $400 for a townhome.

Q: Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
A: Sorry, we do not.

Q: Where is your office?
